Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently package cannabis products.
Safely transport cannabis, including lifting bins and maneuvering carts.
Maintain cleanliness through daily opening and closing sanitation tasks.
Trimming cannabis with precision.
Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards.
Keep accurate records, adhering to proper documentation practices.
Use required PPE such as hairnets, facemasks, gloves, and beard nets (when applicable).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions with diligence.
Provide support to other teams, including cultivation, distribution, and sanitation.
Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma; additional education is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
Previous experience in a regulated industry is a plus
Must be 18+
