- Facilitate discovery workshops, elicit requirements, and create comprehensive solution design documentation (BRDs, FRDs, technical specs).
- Develop entity relationships, data flow diagrams, and reference architecture frameworks.
- Manage scalability, platform limits, governor limits, and system performance design.
Integration, Data & Security Strategy
- Design enterprise integration architectures utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Event Bus architecture.

- Identify AI use cases, define scoping, and enforce responsible AI governance in an enterprise context.
Technical Governance & DevOps
- Define Enterprise DevOps governance, CI/CD pipeline design, and package management strategies utilizing Salesforce DX.
- Assess technical debt and lead code review, enforcing advanced patterns in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Advanced Flows.
- Ensure SOQL optimization and performance testing protocols are strictly followed.
Consulting, Pre-Sales & Leadership
- Lead executive presentations, steering committee participation, and high-level architecture decision communication.
- Provide vital pre-sales support, including SOW contributions, effort estimation (T-shirt sizing), solution scoping, and risk mitigation planning.
