We are recruiting for a busy Logistics company Guelph – Ontario. We are looking for a General Labourer Warehouse Associate that can repeatedly lift and move 65lb as needed in the warehouse – See below for more details.
Job Description:
- Will be required to lift and move products around the warehouse area weighing 65lb or more
- Must work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Might be required to use and operate RF Scanners
- Picking and packing
- Follow instruction, protocols and procedures thoroughly
- Receiving/ Entering inventory into computer system
- Quality assurance of products and inspection of incoming and outbound trailers
- Load trailers with skid orders and palletized courier orders
- Unload trailers of incoming product with heavy products
- May be required to perform wrapping of skids and assisting in the labelling of skids for shipment
- Assisting dispatch clerk with providing shipping manifests/shipping documentations
- Documentation of outbound and incoming pallets
- Attention to detail
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, afternoons, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Payrate: $20.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 60-65lb or more as needed
- Must have 2 or more years of Warehousing experience
- Must have knowledge and some experience with picking and packing experience
- Must have experience with wrapping skids
- RF Scanning experience (asset)
- Must be able to commute to the location
Note: this is a full-time ongoing position that the client will be hiring candidate for after completion of probationary period, depending on the candidate's work performance and attendance.
