Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Window Cleaner to join our residential property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows across commercial and residential properties, ensuring a streak-free, spotless finish. This role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Window Cleaner will play a vital part in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of our clients' homes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and water-fed poles as needed
- Perform home maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and preparing surfaces for cleaning
- Use commercial cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve streak-free results
- Safely operate power tools and ladders to reach high or difficult areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct custodial duties such as wiping down frames, sills, and surrounding areas to ensure overall cleanliness
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs or concerns
- Assist with other custodial or cleaning duties as assigned to support overall facility upkeep
Experience
- Prior experience in window cleaning is not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Experience working with heavy lifting equipment or performing physically demanding tasks is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety standards
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
