Job Overview
We are looking for motivated Concrete Labourer's to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various concrete-related tasks, completing residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a good attitude within a team environment. Prior experience in concrete work and related construction skills will be highly valued. Most Job sites are located within southeast MB.

Responsibilities
- Must have a reliable way of getting to and from the job site each day
- Supply basic tools such as hammer, tape measure, knife, etc.
- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure high-quality results
- Prepare job sites by setting up forms, rebar installation, and layout according to blueprints
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation around the job site
Skills
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools & power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for project execution
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail while keeping a good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
