Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced First Cook to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional kitchen experience
- Minimum 3 years working the meat/grill station
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen
- Available evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard.
- Lead and maintain the meat/grill station during service.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and maintaining a clean workstation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Competitive wages based on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
