Position Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service by fitting customers for soccer boots and recommending appropriate footwear.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Respond knowledgeably to product inquiries, including differences in footwear styles, sizing, and performance features.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and restroom upkeep.
- Unpack, organize, and merchandise new stock in accordance with store guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Position will be approximately 20 hours per week, during evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
- A personal interest in soccer and/or rugby is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
