About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cook to join our small kitchen team at BTS.
This is not a big brigade kitchen — and that’s the point.
You’ll be working in a tight, fast-paced environment where everyone contributes across prep, service, and cleanup. The right person takes pride in consistency, moves with urgency, and understands that every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the entire experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Prep & Readiness
- Execute daily prep lists efficiently and accurately
- Maintain proper labeling, dating, and storage (FIFO)
- Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Assist with batching, sauces, and shared prep items
Service Execution
- Cook and plate dishes consistently to spec
- Work clean, organized, and with urgency during service
- Communicate clearly with team members and expo
- Maintain quality and timing under pressure
Kitchen Maintenance & Closing
- Maintain a clean, organized station throughout your shift
- Follow opening and closing checklists fully
- Ensure all product is properly stored and labeled at end of night
- Leave the kitchen set up for the next shift
Team Contribution
- Support teammates — this is a small team, not separate roles
- Jump in where needed (prep, dish support, restocking)
- Take feedback and apply it quickly
- Help maintain a positive, accountable kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or prep cook experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stay organized and move with urgency
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
