As a result of business growth, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Job purpose
Responsible for the support of company customer service efforts as well as providing assistance to Company Controller
Duties and responsibilities
· Provide superior customer support in matters relating to, but not limited to: Order processing, Order/return issues, Requests for Quotations, pricing and delivery information, and anticipation of customer needs based on ordering patterns and business requirements.
· Partner with Plant Supervisor and Purchasing and Logistics Supervisor to determine lead times and delivery targets of raw material and finished product
· Liaise with Operations and Sales to ensure margin targets are being met, with a focus on reconciliation between quote pricing and actual pricing
· Produce regular analytical sales reports for sales leaders and their teams as directed
· Ad-hoc support for marketing, sales management and reps as required
· Confirmation and distribution of customer invoices generated from ERP System, create and send any debit or credit notes from ERP System, as required
· Internal ordering of office supplies
· Assist finance department with accounts receivable activities and reporting
· Ad-hoc duties and special projects as per business requirements
Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM Microsoft Dynamics and ERP
- Proven track record of providing superior customer care service, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate customer requirements; takes ownership to resolve issues
- Experience with accounts receivable activities and asset
- Proven ability to plan and execute while managing multiple priorities with an ability to set goals and prioritize.
- Strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution; very high level of attention to details and process orientation.
- Able to deliver clear, concise and consistent message both up and across the organization.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with multifunction stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be a self-starter, high energy, multi-task oriented, and team player.
- Must be capable of independent problem solving and resolution.
- Ability to anticipate, respond to and accept change.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet multiple frequent and aggressive deadlines.
Working conditions
Working hours are from 830am – 5pm. Occasional extra hours may be necessary as per business requirements.
Successful candidate will receive training in the following areas relating specifically to Crosslink Technology
· Company background, policies and procedures
· WHMIS – procedures and documentation
· ISO 9001 – policies and procedures

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
