What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As our Inventory Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to our yard operations, ensuring our incoming vehicle area is documented with accurate details, organized, and ready for our processing crew.
Vehicle Receiving: Accurately use our yard management software for the vehicle check in process. Direct vehicles for final destinations within our internal process. Maintain our organized holding area.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits to maintain our stock accuracy.
System Management: Update and navigate our digital inventory database with new arrivals
Scheduling Vehicle Pick Ups: Coordinating vehicle pick ups.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the transportation staff and production teams to quickly resolve inventory questions and locate vehicles.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in an inventory, shipping/receiving, or dispatching role.
Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
Proficient with computers and above average software navigation skills.
Time management skills
Traffic and logistical experience
