Outside Sales Representative – Commercial LED LightingOverview
Polarix Lighting Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting new people, and is eager to build long-term business relationships.
You will be responsible for visiting electrical wholesalers, contractors, and commercial customers throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), promoting our high-quality LED lighting solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and helping expand the Polarix brand.

Responsibilities
- Visit electrical wholesalers, contractors, and commercial customers throughout the GTA.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Present and demonstrate Polarix LED lighting products professionally.
- Follow up on quotations, projects, and customer inquiries.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Work closely with the office team regarding quotations, inventory, and deliveries.
- Represent Polarix professionally during customer visits and industry events.
Qualifications

- Strong desire to continuously learn about products, technologies, and the lighting industry.
- Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to follow company processes and sales strategies.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident speaking with customers and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is considered a strong asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
