Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by clearing, and organizing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area through sweeping, trash removal, and general site tidying
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Perform other manual tasks as needed to support project timelines and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in general labour or construction-related roles is preferred but not mandatory; we are happy to train motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labour roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
