If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working outdoors and has an eye for structural integrity, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

- Rail Restorations: Splice, repair, or replace damaged top rails and center rails across different fencing systems to ensure structural stability.
- Aluminum Fencing: Repair or replace damaged aluminum fence sections, pickets, posts, and specialized hardware without compromising the clean look of the product.
- Full Section Replacements: Assess severely damaged areas and efficiently replace entire fence sections when standard repairs are not enough.
- Site Preparation & Safety: Use post-hole diggers, mixers, and concrete to set new posts securely. Maintain a clean, safe work environment on every property.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in fence installation, fence repair, or specialized carpentry/metalwork.

- License & Transit: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various local job sites (truck or utility trailer is a major asset).
