Our client, a fast-growing craft cider brand is building serious momentum across BC and is looking for a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to own the Greater Vancouver market. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a brand that’s already proven itself: category-leading products, strong consumer pull, and real distribution traction across the province.
We’re not looking for someone we needs to be trained. We’re looking for someone who’s done this before, knows the market cold, and is ready to hit the ground running on Day 1.
This role is not for you - if you need to be coached and if you do not have an existing book of clients!
Responsibilities
Full territory management across Greater Vancouver — on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) and retail (private liquor stores, grocery chains)
Building and deepening relationships with buyers, key accounts, and decision-makers
Driving listings, placements, and reorders with a focus on velocity and visibility
Full autonomy to run your territory your way — with clear targets, KPIs, and a team behind you that’s invested in your success
Representing the brand at trade events, activations, and key account calls
Collaborating with a small, fast-moving team while leading your territory with full ownership
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of alcohol beverage sales experience (beer, cider, wine, or spirits) — required
An established book of relationships across Vancouver on-premise and retail accounts
Proven ability to open doors, get listings, and grow volume — not just maintain accounts
Self-directed, organized, and execution-focused — you build a plan, and you work it
Motivated by results, driven by commission, and built for a fast-moving environment
A team player who brings leadership energy — someone who elevates the accounts around them
Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Between base and commission this position is expected be $70,000 to $150,000 - your earnings will depend on your input and output! The power will be yours! The company marketing and branding is existing and supportive with an excellent product.
