We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing and baking fresh breads and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules
- Monitor baking times and product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation
Requirements:
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
