Job Description
HealthPRO Canada is seeking a result driven, business-oriented Coordinator, to join our Strategic Sourcing Team - Clinical. The successful candidate will have competent administrative skills focused on data integrity, data manipulation, attention to detail and word processing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of RFQs and RFPs
- Coordinates RFQ/RFP activities, including bid preparation and supplier response review
- Maintains contract documentation
- Effectively communicates contract information to members, suppliers and distributors
- Coordinates committee and suppliers’ meetings
- Maintains up-to-date system information
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Supply Chain certification, or currently working toward certification, is considered an asset
- Work experience in supply chain, procurement and/or healthcare is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (critically important), with strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
Skill Set
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with RFx processes (RFQ/RFP)
- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and timelines effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
- Experience with email and calendar management, including organizing schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Familiarity with Bonfire (Euna) and Biddingo platforms is considered an asset
- Familiarity with the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive is an asset
