We are a locally owned independent footwear retailer looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Arnprior team in a full-time, permanent position.
Our goal is simple: provide exceptional customer service while helping people find comfortable, quality footwear that fits their lifestyle. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace where employees are valued and treated with respect.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right footwear and accessories.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Receive and organize inventory.
- Merchandise products and maintain an attractive sales floor.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping experience.
What We're Looking For

- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
