Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with service and parts needs for Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment
- Create repair orders, prepare estimates, and explain recommended services and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance
- Order, receive, and manage parts while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process and provide exceptional customer support
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and support the overall success of the Parts & Service Department
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
