We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused General Manager to lead the front‑of‑house and kitchen operations at our brewery. While this position does not oversee beer production, it plays a central role in shaping the guest experience, driving revenue, and strengthening our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house and kitchen operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff across service and kitchen teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage budgets, cost controls, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Lead community engagement, events, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, restaurants, or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and operational systems
- Passion for craft beer, local food, and community‑focused hospitality

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
