Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify their HVAC needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase HVAC solutions and services
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor proposals that meet client requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales activities to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide technical consultation on related technologies such as computer networking, AWS, VMware, Azure, Linux, and Python when relevant to client projects
- Assist clients in understanding the benefits of integrating HVAC systems with modern IT infrastructure
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and project timelines aligned with client specifications
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the HVAC or related technology sectors
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with computer networking, AWS, VMware, Azure, Linux, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and project management tools is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences through product demos and technical discussions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with product demos, technical sales strategies, and customer relationship management is preferred

Pay: From $22.59 per hour
