We are looking for an HR Recruiter who is highly organized, confident speaking with candidates, and genuinely enjoys finding the right people for the right roles.

- You are a recent or new graduate with no Canadian HR or recruitment experience.
- Your experience is exclusively outside Canada.
- You do not have experience conducting interviews and screening candidates.
- You are looking for a primarily administrative HR position.
- You are not comfortable making recruitment calls and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- You are not available to work full-time.
Only candidates who meet the required qualifications will be contacted for an interview.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Your main focus will be recruitment and hiring across our clinic locations.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end.
- Create and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Source and actively search for qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and virtual interviews.
- Complete reference checks and other pre-employment steps.
- Prepare and coordinate job offers and hiring documentation.
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Work closely with clinic leaders to understand their hiring needs and timelines.
- Help ensure positions are filled efficiently and with the right candidates.
HR Support
While recruitment will be your primary responsibility, you will also provide general HR support, including:
- Supporting onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records.
- Assisting with employee communications and HR documentation.
- Supporting training and employee development initiatives.
- Ensuring recruitment and HR processes follow Ontario employment standards and company policies.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of Canadian HR or recruitment experience.
- Experience conducting candidate screening and interviews.
- Experience managing multiple job openings or recruitment processes at the same time.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring practices in Canada.
- Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards is an asset.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates by phone, email, and in person.
- Comfortable working independently and following up without being reminded.
- Healthcare or multi-location recruitment experience is an asset.
