Job Description- Inside Sales - Customer relations
Allan Forrest Sales Ltd. is a manufacturer’s representative in the plumbing and heating industry. We are a dynamic sales agency providing a broad range of products and services to the mechanical industry.
To support our continued growth and success, Allan Forrest Sales is seeking an individual to join our highly talented and motivated Team. The ideal candidate will have very good technical, communication and organizational skills.
You’ll work closely with our team to help achieve our corporate goals and business plans for the manufacturers we represent.
Day to day answering and returning of incoming emails and phone calls from our customer base
Problem solving, trouble shooting product concerns and supporting our wholesale partner requests
Dealing with day to day pricing requests
Tracking job orders and helping walk-in customers with questions and concerns
e-Blasts, pricing updates, discontinuation notices sent to our customer base, updating social media posts
Ordering warranty parts, display items
Entering orders with our manufacturers
Following up quotations sent to our customers
A multitasker, who works well under time constraints and demanding timelines
Well organized; detail oriented; works well in a team or independently, and is self-motivated
Dependable and Reliable
Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
Great communication skills over phone and email are essential
Required education level:
Grade 12 diploma is required, post-secondary education is a plus
Must have excellent ability to communicate in English via phone and email
Plumbing and Heating trade or sales experience is a requirement - Minimum 5 years

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year plus bonuses
