IHUBApp is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth through a mix of inbound and outbound sales. You'll own the full sales cycle-from first conversation to close-running discovery calls, delivering product demos, and building proposals that match customer needs. You'll also work closely with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience after the deal is signed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by following up consistently on inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities.
Qualify prospects, identify pain points, and position IHUBApp based on real use cases (community engagement, internal communication, events, content, and updates).
Prepare quotes and proposals, clarify scope and expectations, and guide stakeholders to decision.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (activity, notes, deal stages) and provide reliable forecasts.
Coordinate with Implementation/Customer Success to ensure clean handoffs, clear timelines, and aligned customer expectations.
Capture product feedback from the field and share insights with internal teams to improve messaging and fit.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS (AE role or proven SDR-to-AE progression).
Strong demo and discovery skills with confidence handling objections and negotiating.
Organized, goal-driven, and consistent with follow-up and pipeline management.
Clear written and verbal communication with a professional, consultative style.
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an asset.
