Quality Technician – Special Projects & Client Accounts / Floor Compliance
Ensure daily compliance on the production floor by guaranteeing that all activities are executed according to procedures and that every action is documented completely, accurately, and traceably.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strict Application of the Principle:
“What is written is done, and what is done is written.”
- Verify operators follow procedures exactly as written.
- Confirm real-time documentation of all critical activities (SOP, LOG, Policy/CCP, inspections, controls).
- Identify and correct any gap between practice and documentation.
- Immediately report any non-conformity or procedural deviation.
2. Verifications and Operational Compliance
- Conduct floor quality rounds (hygiene, allergens, sanitation, labeling, critical parameters).
- Perform PRP/CCP verifications and document results.
- Monitor line compliance: raw materials, packaging, product identity, label changes.
- Ensure record accuracy (legibility, completeness, signatures).
3. Special Projects (Improvement, Compliance, Innovation)
- Support implementation of new equipment, processes, or products.
- Conduct capacity studies, validations, process trials.
- Document results, deviations, and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (loss reduction, standardization, digitalization).
4. Documentation Support and Training
- Train operators on best practices, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Verify understanding and application of work instructions.
- Report documentation update needs to the Quality Coordinator.
5. All other duties as required
