Position Overview
We are hiring a hardworking Lawn Care Labourer to support our lawn maintenance crew. This is a hands‑on, physical role with no client‑facing responsibilities. You will work under the direction of a crew lead and assist with day‑to‑day outdoor maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Operating lawn care tools and equipment (push mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Garden bed maintenance, weeding, mulching, and planting
- Assisting with landscaping tasks as directed
- Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean work area
- Following safety procedures and instructions from the crew lead
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset but not required
