About the role
Perlane Construction is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on commercial construction projects across our Stratford and London, Ontario sites. You'll be the person on the ground keeping crews safe, work on schedule, and quality on track — with the flexibility to split time and attention between two active jobs at once.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site crews across two concurrent job sites
- Plan and schedule daily work; maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress
- Report daily to the Project Manager on site status, progress, and safety issues
- Ensure all work complies with OHSA, WSIB, WHMIS, and site-specific safety policies
- Lead job planning, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
- Manage efficient use of labour, equipment, and materials on each site
- Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and trade sequencing to keep both jobs moving on schedule
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven supervisory experience leading crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario safety regulations (OHSA, WSIB, WHMIS; COR an asset)
- Comfortable managing priorities across multiple sites at once
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation between Stratford and London sites
Pay: $40.00 per hour
