We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and culinary direction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in high-volume upscale dining, team development, menu innovation, and maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including prep, service, staffing, and scheduling
- Develop seasonal menus and feature dishes aligned with the Noyaa concept
- Maintain food quality, presentation, consistency, and kitchen standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with ownership and management on culinary strategy and guest experience
- Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performance kitchen culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Experience with Mediterranean, Asian, or Japanese cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for creativity, quality, and hospitality
- Food Handler Certification required
