Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in clients’ homes or designated locations.
- Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations for skincare or retail products.
- Demonstrate product demos and upsell beauty products or packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring every client feels valued and relaxed.
Experience
- Prior experience in nail care, esthetics, or related beauty services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in personal care treatments.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in various locations while managing appointments efficiently.
