Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Store Crew Member to join our team in Bolton location. This role involves preparing fresh dough everyday, making recipe pizzas, providing excellent customer service, and managing transactions on POS in a restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and food service, with a passion for delivering quality meals and a positive dining experience.
Duties:
- Prepare dough and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Serve customers at the counter with friendly and professional service
- Take customer orders accurately on POS, process payments, and operate the cash register
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred, especially within the restaurant or food industry
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food safety regulations
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
- Flexible to work on the week days and weekend shifts.
