Overview
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in the welding department. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment—no manual welding experience is required!
What You'll Do:
- Load and unload parts into robotic welding machines
- Operate automated robotic welding equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and visual defects
- Place completed parts into designated bins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous machine operator experience is a strong asset
- Automotive manufacturing experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Available for day and afternoon shifts
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Reliable transportation (facility is not accessible by public transit)
