Travel: Weekly travel to Bloor West clinic and Monthly visits to Oakville Clinic
Position: Full-Time | Permanent (Weekdays & Saturday Mornings)
Compensation: Base Salary $65,000 - $75,000 + Performance Bonus + Revenue share options

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager & Marketing Lead to lead the daily operations and future growth of our clinics.
About the Role
PhysioDNA is seeking a full-time Clinic Operations Manager & Marketing Lead to be part of our dynamic group of therapists and leadership team. Seeking a high energy individual with a background working in clinic operations and marketing within the multi-disciplinary clinic sector. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service, management and communication that can facilitate growth within our clinics and manage day to day duties.
This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations, brand growth, and performance of all three PhysioDNA clinic locations.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving clinic performance, supporting our healthcare professionals, improving operational systems, and expanding the PhysioDNA brand through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of all three clinic locations and admin team.
- Ensure consistent operational standards and an exceptional patient experience.
- Oversee and ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly clinic operational goals are met
- Develop and improve clinic systems, policies, and workflows.
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Implement technology and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
- Take lead on Community & Corporate Partnerships
- Support digital marketing efforts alongside external marketing partners.
- Organize educational workshops, wellness events, and promotional campaigns.
- Help strengthen PhysioDNA's presence within the community.
Team Leadership
- Recruitment, Hiring and Onboarding of new Therapists and Admin staff.
- Manage and support current PhysioDNA therapists and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Support professional development and team engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent command of the English language (written and oral); excellent phone demeanour
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be completely dependable and punctual
- Exceptional customer service skills; warm, friendly personality, energetic, enthusiastic, polite, tactful; pleasant and professional demeanour
- Strong multi-tasking skills and quick learner for computer skills and scheduling system; excellent organizational skills
- Mature, reliable and trustworthy, well-groomed
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality; must be discrete
- Ability to work well under pressure and complete high-quality work in accordance to clinic standards
- Strong computer skills, able to learn our EMR (Jane App), Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google workspace tools.
- Excellent knowledge of health care and office practices, procedures and standards preferred
- Must have experience working with and managing healthcare providers.
