Responsibilities:
-shop cleaning is a must
-some mechanics work
-Prepare vehicles and surfaces for coating application, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity.
-Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in coating techniques and products.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive paint industry is a bonus
-Proven track record of producing efficient and high-quality work.
-Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
-Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
-Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
