On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the implementation of Central Waitlist Management (CWM), focusing on integrating digital assets and supporting cross-regional working groups. This role is pivotal in advancing program objectives and ensuring a coordinated approach to CWM.
Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough and timely project analysis and reporting, aligning with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) standards
- Deliver upon program goals and objectives as outlined within the multi-year road map
- Provide secretariat support to working groups and committees
- Independently prepare meeting materials to support discussions
- Participate in meetings with project sponsors and senior leadership
- Support development of high-quality project documentation
Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
