Retail sales person / optician and/or optometric assistant at a full scope, state-of-the-art optometry clinic. Must have experience in retail sales. Experience in optical industry is a huge benefit.
Looking for a team-oriented, outgoing individual with strong sales ability. Excellent communication skills a must! Competitive remuneration. Qualified applicants will be given preference.
Responsibilities will include:
-Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
-Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
-Checking insurance benefits
-Processing payments/making invoices
-Faxing, filing/basic clerical duties
-Preliminary testing, gaining medical information relating to the eye exam and preparing the patient to see the doctor. (Training will be provided)
- Sales of eyewear and lenses
