Client Care Coordinator (Virtual – Work From Home)

Terra Counselling is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team.
This is a virtual (work-from-home) position focused on connecting with people who have reached out looking for counselling support. Many of the individuals you will speak with are going through challenging moments in their lives, and your role will be to provide a warm first connection, answer basic questions, and help match them with one of our counsellors.
This position could be an excellent fit for a counselling student, psychology student, or someone pursuing a career in the mental health field who wants to gain experience connecting with clients and understanding how a counselling practice operates.
At Terra Counselling, we believe the first conversation matters. We are looking for someone who can help potential clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to new counselling inquiries through phone, text, and email
- Making outreach calls to potential clients who requested support
- Helping clients book consultations and sessions with counsellors
- Providing a warm, professional, and compassionate experience
- Managing client communication through our online systems
- Supporting the growth and organization of our counselling practice
Compensation:
$20–$30/hour depending on experience.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday
- Approximately 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. PST
- Around 2 hours/day
- Fully remote
