General Labourer – Waterproofing & Concrete
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to assist with waterproofing and concrete construction projects. The successful candidates will support skilled tradespeople in a variety of tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for waterproofing applications.
- Install waterproofing membranes, drainage systems, and protective materials.
- Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform demolition and material removal as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete other general labour duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction, waterproofing, or concrete experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in waterproofing and concrete construction while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
