Night Shift Supervisor – Wendy’s (Downtown Edmonton)
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $18/hour (Full-Time)
Overview:
Wendy’s Downtown Edmonton is looking for a reliable and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry and is ready to take on a leadership role ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during the night shift
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash control, deposits, and nightly reports
- Manage guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee closing and opening procedures as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Must be available to work full-time during the 11 PM–7 AM shift
