Opulence Global is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized individual to become the first point of contact for our clients and guests. This role combines front-desk reception, customer service, and administrative support in a luxury corporate environment.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and confidence
- Respond to customer and product inquiries
- Manage showroom presentation and maintain a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and coordinate executive calendars
- Assist with data entry, reports, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with special projects and event preparation as required
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is required
- Previous luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience managing schedules and calendars is an asset

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
- receiptionist: 3 years (required)
- customer service: 3 years (required)
- Luxury retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
