Breka Bakery Group is looking for a Baker Assistant to work in our Cake production team at our central kitchen!
Experience is not necessary! This job is an entry position and you will be helping preps in our cake production team. Individual who want to step in the field and aiming to be a baker in the future would be the best fit!
We are a fast-paced production team making several kinds of cakes by trays for our 9 retail locations at central kitchen. Looking for individuals who wants to join this growing bakery group!
SHIFT HOURS:
6-8hours shifts per day between 10am and 6pm, 4-5days/week
*MUST HAVE OPEN SCHEDULE TO WORK DURING THE TIME RANGE & ANY DAYS OF WEEK
*Shifts may change per week, and the end early when production finish/overtime if the production volume is high

COMPENSATION:
-Wage range $19.50-$24/hr
- Wage increase based on your performance
- 4 months’ Probation period

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Remove cakes from frames
- Prep fruits, sauce and chocolate
- Cut out sponges, and prepare frames
- Organize ingredients on the shelves
- General cleaning duties for the station
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment weigh at least 10kg
- Passionate to produce high quality products consistently
- Hard-working and high energy is a must
- Responsible and be dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and able to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently but in a team as well
- Understand work efficiency well and thrive to improve the productivity
- Must be available to work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
