Responsibilities
You will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Customized facials
- Microdermabrasion
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Dermaplaning
- Laser hair removal
You will also educate clients on medical-grade skincare products and recommend personalized homecare routines to help them achieve optimal results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on work experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments. Time spent in school, training programs, or internships does not count toward this requirement.
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Professional-level English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). This is required.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine passion for client care.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional growth within the medical aesthetics industry.
