Millwright Lead Hand
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing parts, and adjusting equipment
- Inspect machinery and equipment to detect any malfunctions or potential issues
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Knowledge of various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to analyze equipment performance data and make recommendations for improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members
