Before You Apply, Ask Yourself:
- Can you maintain the highest standards of discipline, accountability, and professionalism within your security team as a Security Supervisor?
- Are you confident in addressing misconduct, policy violations, performance issues, and insubordination promptly, fairly, and professionally?
- Can you effectively supervise, coach, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure full compliance with site procedures, post orders, and company policies?
- Can you actively monitor CCTV throughout your shift to verify that security guards are performing their duties and following all required procedures?
- Can you hold your team accountable without overlooking or covering up misconduct, while dealing with issues objectively and professionally?
Position Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Property Manager and follow all directions and operational instructions promptly.
- Implement all directives issued by the Property Manager and provide regular feedback on their completion.
- Submit daily operational reports and supervisory updates to Platinum Security Guards Management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Property Manager, Platinum Security Guards Management, and the on-site security team, including providing after-hours operational support when required.
- Perform regular security guard duties, including security desk responsibilities, while carrying out supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Condominium Security Supervisor role: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Security Guard Licence (required)

- CPR Certification (required)
