About the Role:
As a Licensed Industrial Millwright, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a wide variety of production equipment throughout the facility. Working closely with the maintenance team, you'll help maximize equipment reliability through preventative maintenance, equipment installations, mechanical repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your work will include equipment installations, machinery moves, precision mechanical repairs, fabrication, and troubleshooting to keep production running safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience performing preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment
- Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience using or repairing components with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welders, cutting tools, and other shop equipment is considered an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative maintenance team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Compensation & Benefits:
- $43.00 - $48.00/hour, based on experience

Shift Schedule: Continental 12-hour rotating shifts rotating every two weeks, including weekend (Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM /Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
