The Lending Cupboard Society of Alberta is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. Duties
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
- Maintain confidential files, records, and organizational documents
- Provide general office administration, including filing and supply management
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and community outreach activities
- Track deadlines, action items, and organizational priorities
- Support basic financial administration (invoices, expense tracking, donor records)
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, volunteers, and community partners
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Experience in a nonprofit or supporting a board of directors is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
