Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and direct billing
- Maintain client records and confidentiality
- Assist with laundry, cleaning, and keeping the clinic organized
- Support daily clinic operations and general administrative tasks
- Create and schedule social media content
- Engage with online followers and assist with marketing initiatives
- Help promote clinic services, events, and specials
- Assist with light outdoor maintenance (seasonal, if applicable)
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
