All of the Cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating of menu items.
Food quality is the primary focus.
Core Responsibilities: Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written Ensures the proper set up of the cooking line and that mis en place is prepared to the chef’s standards Ensures that all menu items are promptly prepared within reasonable time while ensuring quality standards are adhered to Commitment to teamwork
