We’re Hiring!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for an Inventory Control Clerk in our Inventory department at our Leamington, Ontario facility.
What You'll Do:
-
Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
-
Track orders and investigate inventory problems to resolve in a timely manner.
-
Follow GMP's, and safety policies.
-
Ensure accurate counting and disposition of all defective or damaged produce/dry goods.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
-
Identify inventory concerns, develop a plan of corrective action and report the plan to the Gatekeeping Supervisor.

Work with the inventory systems including NAV.

Monitor and maintain current inventory levels of produce and dry good materials.
-
Count and tag skids.
-
Assist the Gatekeeping department as needed.
-
Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

Be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What You Bring:

Experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-
Reading, writing, oral communication and effective listening skills are essential job tools.

Basic, efficient math skills required.

Organization and attention to detail is essential.

Previous experience with produce is an asset.
-
Able to work well with minimal supervision for most of the day.
-
Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.

Must display a respectful, and positive attitude.

Committed to continuous learning as every day presents new information and exciting challenges.

Spanish is an asset.

Must be available to work Monday-Saturday – hours will fluctuate according to the needs of the business.
What To Expect:

Fast paced warehouse environment where temperatures vary from cooler to temperature-controlled areas.

Working with a wide array of people/culture in a team setting.

There may be an occasional need for some heavy lifting and bending, twisting, and reaching as needed.

Balance between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the warehouse and coolers – some desk work.
