Trimtech Industries manufactures and supplies pressed steel frames, hollow metal doors and hardware for commercial construction across Western Canada. Reporting to the senior estimator this person will be responsible for the following:
-Review specifications and blueprints for accurate take offs
-Understand and preparing takeoffs/estimates for assigned jobs.
-Planning and scheduling for project estimate due dates.
-Stay up to date on addendum and drawing revisions before time of tender.
-Attend necessary site meetings to ensure accurate/competitive estimates.
-Prepare project documents for awarded jobs.
-Develop strong working relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction.
-Develop new clients and generate leads for new business.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00-$47,440.00 per year

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
