Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in bicycle and e bike service and repairs. The role involves heavy lifting and utilizing hand tools to perform maintenance and repairs on e bikes and bicycles and accessories.
Pay based on experience.
Duties:
- Perform diagnostic tests on bicycles and e-bikes
- Conduct setup, service and repairs on bicycles, e-bikes and accessories
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Work closely with the service writer
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
