I am looking for an accounts payable specialist for a distribution company in Laval.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire accounts payable cycle.
- Verifying and reconciling invoices, purchase orders, and delivery slips.
- Retrieve invoices from various supplier portals.
- Enter and process invoices in the ERP system.
- Verify and reconcile supplier account statements.
- Prepare and reconcile credit card expenses and expense accounts.
- Make payments to suppliers.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Your Profile:
- DEC/DEP in accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Bilingual in French and English to communicate with suppliers in other Canadian provinces and the United States.
- Experience with three-way matching
